Strategic Counsel for Families and Business Owners

I’m Michael Tease, an estate planning and elder law attorney who spent many years in senior leadership roles in the healthcare industry before returning to the practice of law. As a C-suite executive, I was responsible for acquiring and integrating hundreds of small businesses across the country.

That experience shapes how I practice law today. I understand not only legal documents, but how families build wealth, how businesses operate, and how easily a lifetime of work can be disrupted without careful planning.

Today my practice focuses on helping families and business owners protect what they have built and pass it on wisely to the next generation.
