Strategic Planning Session
A focused one-hour consultation to identify the legal strategies that best protect your family, your assets, and your legacy.
Your first meeting with our office is a 60-minute Strategic Planning Session. During this meeting we review your situation, identify potential legal risks, and discuss the most appropriate planning strategies.
Following the meeting you will receive a brief written opinion letter summarizing the recommended approach.
Session Fee: $200
The session fee is credited toward the cost of legal services if you choose to retain our firm.
Please bring or be prepared to discuss:
• Existing wills or trusts
• Information about real estate or business ownership
• Questions about long-term care planning
• Any current legal concerns affecting your family or business
